A music and entertainment writer for more than 25 years, Rob began as a radio jock at age 17. Nichols has written for numerous publications in addition to web/digital content and design and multimedia production since 1999.
Nichols was born in central Indiana, shuffled to Charleston, Illinois for two years before spending his high school and college years in Hillsdale, Michigan.That meant traveling to Detroit for all the good rock shows, and explains his affinity for Seger, the J. Geils Band, and Mitch Ryder. For the past three decades, Rob has lived in Indiana, and hosts a the podcast called RockPopandRoll.
